Typically, our partnered carrier Shippo.com offers the following delivery times for international shipments: Standard Shipping: 7-21 business days Expedited Shipping: 4-10 business days FedEx International Connect Plus : U.S. to Canada can be delivered in 2-3 days U.S. to Mexico can be delivered in 2-3 days U.S. to U.K can be delivered in 3-5 days Other region: 2-5 days Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to customs clearance processes or other unforeseen circumstances. Tariff and Customs Anacotte has no control over the cost of duties and taxes imposed upon import customs outside the United States and cannot be held responsible for compensation. It is also obligated by law to declare the proper item value on all shipments.

Standard Shipping

At this point, we offer a discounted flat domestic shipping rate for order below $30. Any order above $30 will have the option of free domestic shiping.

Domestic Shipping

We partnered with UPS, Fedex, USPS with an discounted flat rate. Orders will be fulfilled by these three carriers depending on the circumstances.

Delivery Speed for UPS: 1-5 days

Delivery Speed for Fedex Express: 1-3 days

Delivery Speed for USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 days

Delivery Speed for USPS First-Class Mail: 1-5 days

Backorder

Due to the Covid-19, some of our productions may have been facing a shortage. If an item is at a backorder status, such an item will not ship until available.

Notes: If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact Customer Service to verify within 45 days of the order date. For other orders, products, and logistics related issues, you must contact customer service within 90 days of the order date.
